- Contact and demo requests: name, work email, company, store URL and your message.
- Platform accounts: name, work email, company and role, plus the data of the stores and Google Search Console properties you connect
- Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, date and time)
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- Answering your requests and demos: our legitimate interest, or steps prior to a contract.
- Providing the platform: performance of our contract with you.
- Marketing emails: our legitimate interest in telling business contacts about REVVDA. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time
4. Who receives it
Our team and the service providers that help us run REVVDA: our hosting and email providers, Tally (contact and demo forms), Google Fonts, and the AI model providers we query for visibility checks (such as OpenAI, Google and Anthropic), which receive buyer questions, never your personal data. We do not sell your data.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers are based in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses
6. How long we keep it
Prospects: 3 years after our last contact. Customers: for the length of the contract, then 5 years for legal and accounting purposes. Server logs: 12 months
7. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, ask for portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to [To confirm: privacy contact email]. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
8. Cookies and third-party services
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
